This site uses as few cookies as possible. Anything that isn't essential stays switched off unless you choose to allow it, and you can change your mind at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too. The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, alongside the UK GDPR and EU GDPR) says websites must ask your permission before using any that aren't strictly necessary.

These are needed for the site to work and be secure, so they don't need your consent.

Analytics
This site doesn't currently use analytics cookies. If I add Google Analytics in future, it will only ever load after you accept it, and this policy will be updated to list the cookies it uses.
Google reviews widget (only if you accept)
Client reviews from my Google Business Profile are shown using a widget provided by Elfsight. It only loads if you allow it. If you'd rather not, you can read my reviews on Google instead.

Google Search Console
I use Google Search Console to see how this site performs in Google search. It works from Google's own search data and doesn't place any cookies on this site.
Changing your mind
You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the relevant cookies are removed and the page reloads without them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of some websites may not work properly if you do.
